Tyle papierów przechodzi na co dzień przez moje ręce, że i ten - myślałem - rutynowo omsknie się pomiędzy palcami. A jednak, jest coś w tych kilku kartkach papieru pod nazwą Akt Notarialny z pieczątką, co nakazało mi pogłaskanie go ze wzruszeniem po grzbiecie, przed puszczeniem pomiędzy tryby biurokracji.
Od 1 sierpnia 2009 roku Becek Bytomskie Centrum Kultury a i pośrednio Fundacja Kino Gloria stały się prawnie użytkownikami lokalu kina Gloria, wraz z lokalami użytkowymi i mieszkalnymi wchodzącymi w skład tzw. udziału gminy w nieruchomości przy ul. Szymanowskiego 2 (adres siedziby kina).
Tym samym słowo dane nam przez zarząd miasta stało się ciałem, dzięki czemu możemy realizować - jak ktoś to nazwał - straceńczy pomysł przywracania kultowego kina lokalnej społeczności.
